Mark your calendars for the annual Shadyside House Tour — this year it will be held on Sunday, October 6th

The Shadyside Action Coalition (SAC) is made up of people like you – homeowners and renters – Shadyside residents who have an interest in maintaining and improving the quality of life in our eclectic neighborhood.

If you are civic-minded, interested in grassroots community group activities, enjoy “spirited discussions,” and have a good sense of humor, we encourage you to get involved. Monthly meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at Winchester Thurston Lower School on Ellsworth at Morewood Avenues, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM. Representatives from Council Districk 8 and the Mayor’s office, plus our Police Commander, regularly attend and provide important community news and safety information.
